User Management
Your site's users can be viewed and edited (if you have the Create Users privilege) by navigating to Admin → Users.
Not all site admins have this privilege, so if you do not see the Users option in the Admin menu contact another site admin or support@goplanogram.com to obtain user admin access.
User Privileges
Upon navigating to this page, you will see a list of your site's active users, as well as the total maximum number of accounts. You can view and modify a user's specific privileges by clicking the button next to the user's name, or create a new user via person_add Create New User, if your site has an available user slot.
When creating a user, you will be required to specify a username, password, and authentication email, as well as the new user's privileges:
The manage_accounts Admin, person User, and menu_book Reader buttons provide suggested presets for user privileges, but you can customize these as needed. Once you are ready, click Create to generate the new user account. The user will have the opportunity to change their password after logging in for the first time.
