Insights

insights Insights are live, interactive newspaper Reports. To enable Insights for your current planogram, navigate to View → Insights.

By clicking on View → Insights multiple times, you can create one or more Insights views at the same time.

Similar to a generated newspaper Report, Insights are informed by a newspaper Report Property Set, which can be selected in the top-left corner of the view. The  button allows you to edit the currently selected Report Property Set, if you have write access to it.

Customizing Insights

In addition to providing a Report Property Set, you can customize an Insights view to show a subset of data. The info, calculate, and bar_chart buttons will show or hide the Report Aggregates, Properties, and Breakdowns respectively. If you select the visibility button, you will be able to filter the specific report fields shown in the view:

Within a Breakdown, you can choose which data displays you want to see. The grid_on button shows the tabular view, the pie_chart button shows the doughnut chart view, and the bar_chart button shows the bar chart view.

Selecting the palette icon will enable the Breakdown Color view, which will color the items in your planogram based on the breakdown's segmentation. The colors will match the colors in the doughnut chart view.

In the example above, the Biscuits/Cookies catgory will be colored yellow, and the Snacks category will be colored purple:
